We are looking for a Global Account Manager to lead, manage and grow the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) market sector for Monitra. The role will suit a commercial professional who has good client relationship experience, ideally globally, within this sector representing engineering solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Strategizing and growing Monitra's FPSO market share globally
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Attending customer meetings including conducting technical sales presentations
  • Keeping up to date with industry news and projects and presenting this in an executive form
  • Understanding competitors movements and products
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and exhibitions globally

Global travel required.

Training – Full training on our products and services will be provided at our Head Office in Manchester, UK.

This role can be based out of one of our offices worldwide, either Manchester (United Kingdom), Houston (Texas, USA) or Perth (Western Australia). Please note your preference on your application. 

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of HNC/HND (ideally bachelors/masters) in an Engineering subject (or equivalent) or 5 years’ experience in the FPSO/Oil & Gas industry
  • Excellent client relationship & customer facing skills, including presenting engineering solutions and managing global projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-management of assigned projects and job cost accountability
  • Strong computer skills, including a CRM (ideally Salesforce)

  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and plan effectively
